A petitioner on Saturday urged the Supreme Court to declare Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Khan disqualified from the membership of National Assembly on grounds that he has not been Sadiq (truthful) and Ameen (trustworthy) in terms of Articles 62 and 63 of the Constitution. Filing a petition under Article 184 (3) of the Constitution, Barrister Danyal Chaudhry of Rawalpindi made Chairman PTI Imran Khan and Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority (PEMRA) through its chairman respondents.
